Meet Eric, our trainer

Eric first learned about Protix via a newspaper article on the opening of our new facility by the Dutch king. With his experience in the food industry, the chemical industry and recycling, Eric was inspired by our innovative approach to the food transition. Since joining in 2019, he’s already experienced a variety of roles. Today he trains our new hires and old hands, “I make sure people share their knowledge, to help Protix develop further.”
